In previous week Resp. Governor of Gujarat also have returned the compulsory voting bill and thats a Victory of the Thought Process Like You.
You have raised very valid point that in Gujarat assembly, 1st Govt. has to monitor their own MLAs Presence during IMP voting as well as IMP discussion (Opposition also need to monitor the same)
Dear Shakti bhai, your another point of punishment for not voting is also a very valid point because NO GOVT. is having ANY RIGHT to Punish his Citizens, if a Citizen do not like the candidate and therefor he skips the voting.
Here i want to suggest you to make “Negative Voting Option” available to the people of gujarat so that “Unwanted Candidates” get straight away rejected.
Also if Elected Candidate Fail to Perform his DUTY, in this case Voters should have the “RIGHT TO RECALL” too. This Right will make every elected candidate work for the state and the country.

lam Strong follower of congress Iand MY family is actively participate in it. Compulsory voting will stop people from ta(Kjing about politics without even taking participation in. Australia still has that so please check that. If you don not want to vote then still you need to go aNd pick none. panelties should be if you don’t vote no rash an card and for Rich no vote you have to pay double stamp duties if you vote you will get some extra discount on inflame.
