You have raised very valid point that in Gujarat assembly, 1st Govt. has to monitor their own MLAs Presence during IMP voting as well as IMP discussion (Opposition also need to monitor the same)
Dear Shakti bhai, your another point of punishment for not voting is also a very valid point because NO GOVT. is having ANY RIGHT to Punish his Citizens, if a Citizen do not like the candidate and therefor he skips the voting.
Here i want to suggest you to make “Negative Voting Option” available to the people of gujarat so that “Unwanted Candidates” get straight away rejected.
Also if Elected Candidate Fail to Perform his DUTY, in this case Voters should have the “RIGHT TO RECALL” too. This Right will make every elected candidate work for the state and the country.
