આપની કાયદાકીય લડત આગળ ભલભલા ના છક્કા છુટી જાય છે. જ્યારે વિધાનસભા માં વિપક્ષ ની બહુમત ન હતી છતાં પણ આપની રજુઆતો ની સામે સત્તા પક્ષ ને નતમત કરી દેવામાં ની હિમ્મત રાખતાં હતાં. આજ ક્ષત્રિય સમાજ ની લાગણી અનુભવતી સંજય ભણસાલી ની ફિલ્મ પર આપ સિવાય કોઈ ક્ષત્રિયો ધારાસભ્ય બોલ્યા નથી. જો ભાજપ માં જે ક્ષત્રિય ધારાસભ્યો સમાજ માટે સરકાર ને એકવાર કહ્યુ હોત કે સમાજ નો અપમાન સહન નહીં કરવામાં આવે તો સમાજ ને રોડ પર ઉતરી ને આંદોલન ન કરવું પડતું.સમાજ જેમને ચુંટી ને મોકલ્યા આજે સમાજ ને તેમની જરૂર પડી ત્યારે મૌન સેવી ચુપ રહ્યા.
