Chief Minister who is wedded to the ideology that led to the murder of Gandhiji is now using Gandhi for his self interest. Gandhiji had described non-violence, truth, simplicity and life devoid of egotism as four basic principles of life. However, Gujarat Chief Minister is living a life which is totally opposite to this, said Shaktisinh Gohil leader of Opposition.
Launching a scathing attack on him he said that the politics of Gujarat Chief Minister is woven around philosophy of violence. Lies flow from his mouth all the time. He lives a life of pomp and show and luxury using aircrafts and other costly means. His public life is number one in show off.
Chief Minister’s real character has been exposed before mature public of Gujarat. Chief Minister is trying to exploit the name of Gandhi for gains in the civic elections this year. A man who lives life totally contradictory to the ideals of Gandhi has no right to utter the name of Gandhi.
Gandhiji was worried about people living in huts while Chief Minister is always in the service of riches. Gandhiji used to travel in third class in train while Chief Minister does not travel without costly plane and helicopters. Gandhi had only one piece cloth around him while Chief Minister has only branded clothes which he changes several times a day.
Gandhiji was an advocate of non violence while Gujarat Chief Minister has devil’s doctrine and he used his ideas that dumped Gujarat in the flames of violence. His deeds are insult to Gandhi while he is now chanting the name of Gandhiji for power.
If he wants to sell Gandhi in the civic elections, he must first live like Gandhi, said Shaktisinh Gohil.
